Pad handouts, of both reusbale and single use pads have become the core of what we do. Wee do this both on a large scale and in smaller and more intimate settings.

Workshops are vital in our aid to build relationships with the communities we are assisting, ensure that we are meeting and actual need and provide education and learning experiences.

Our Ambassador programme has become a vital part of what we do. Allowing young women to empower themselves and those around them as well as guide the work that Mama Flo needs to do.
