We make reusable and single-use pads available to women at our big pad handouts. We are giving them agency and access to the products they need.

Workshops

We run interactive workshops in schools and communities that create safe, honest spaces to talk about periods. By sharing knowledge and breaking stigma, we empower young people to lead change in their own circles.

Ambassador Programme

Our ambassadors are trained leaders who support their communities with period education, pad handouts, and mentorship. They’re the heart of Mama Flo, driving change, breaking stigma, and empowering others every day.
